Small Private Wedding/Elopement with just the bride, groom, celebrant and a handful of friends. Choice of daytime riverside or indoor great room. Brief standing reception may be arranged. No riverside lights or tents included. 2 – 3 hour time frame. $125 – 225
Indoor wedding in two-story timber frame great room up to 60 guests seated in rows with central aisle. Brief casual reception, use of bridal suite. 4 – 6 hour timeframe. $325-800 depending upon complexity and numbers.
Daytime Riverside Wedding with 12-100 guests. Use of parking area with attendant, bridal suite for preparation, gazebo/labyrinth (may be decorated by bridal party ahead of time), chairs for guests set up and removed, tables may be arranged/draped for gifts/refreshments/reception. Lights and tents are not included. 4 – 6 hour timeframe. $325-1200 depending upon complexity and numbers.
Riverside Wedding & (Evening) Reception for up to 100 guests with up to 12 60″ round tables, up to 100 white chairs (tables and chairs arranged to your specification), additional buffet tables, bartender station set up, trash/recycling set up, 2 stocked and ready outhouses, river pavilion and stage for dance reception, parking attendant, lights at river sight and on stage/pavilion. Bridal suite available for preparation and post-wedding. Up to 12 hours, typically 11 am to 11 pm day of wedding. Without tents $1720 With two 22′ x 30′ tents $2400
Full Guest House Weekend Rental Friday 1 pm through Sunday 2 pm. Three full levels of our ‘Celebration Space’ for 12-22 overnight guests; includes bridal suite, gathering spaces, decks, hot tub, kitchen and dining facilities, riverfront area, fire circle, spaces for campers during warmer weather. Guests bring own food, prepare own meals in fully equipped kitchens (2). Bed linens and towels provided. $1100
The Whole Bonanza – Our fullest package includes full facility rental including up to 12-22 guests in the main house and guest riverside camping for two overnights/three days (typically Friday morning through Sunday afternoon), riverside wedding & reception for up to 100 guests with up to 12 60″ round tables, two 22′ x 30′ white tents set up/taken down; up to 100 white chairs (tables and chairs arranged to your specification), up to 4 additional buffet tables, white tablecloths on all tables; bartender station table/pop up tent, trash/recycling set up, 2 stocked, outhouses & outdoor hand-washing sink/station, river pavilion and stage ready and powered for dance reception, one parking attendant for arrival hour, lights set up/taken down for all riverside areas $3500
A LA CARTE
Celebrant/Officiant services, including initial consultation, wedding ceremony design, rehearsal, ceremony, signed copy of your marriage license plus framable vows. On site: $125-250 depending upon the complexity of the wedding experience. Travel may be extra.
Sound system and attendant Riverside $70 first hour; $40 for each additional hour. In celebration space $50 first hour; $25 each additional hour.
Decor Packages – We have two motifs available: an Enchanted Woodland motif and a Farm to Table Eco-Chic motif, complete with customized trellis/gazebo, table centerpieces, additional tablescapes and other decor, signage and other design elements. Professional catering, flowers, photography, and other coordination – We have an array of suggestions for each of these, and may have on-site organic flowers available!
White tents & lights – two 22′ x 30′ white tents set up riverside AND LIGHTS completely set up and taken down – $900: A la carte: Two 22’x 30′ white tents set up and taken down $700; Full array of lights set up & taken down – $220; Each tent set up $120; each tent take down $90; tent rental $175 one/$300 for two
Bridal Suite – for preparation and post-wedding changes. Upstairs loft space also available $50-125 per day depending on hours/complexity.
Riverside Camping – $20 per guest camping spot per night includes use of warm outdoor showers, limited access to river kitchen.
Tables & chairs – Generally $10 per wedding guest includes chairs, tables, tablecloths, set up and take down. $5 per chair set up/take down and $5 per table; $5 per tablecloth if there is a limited number of tables used. Movement of chairs between ceremony and reception is co-coordinated with the wedding party.
River Pavilion for reception – in addition to wedding ceremony – includes power, lights, additional hours $300
Wedding Insurance – We require wedding parties to obtain their own wedding insurance (a one time fee – usually $100 – easily taken care of with your insurance company or at various online sites) and to name Anahata Education Center as an insured on that policy.
Deposit – We require a minimum of 1/3 of total expenses deposit in order to reserve the dates!
